Telephone System

Your telephone is automatically connected on your arrival.

All outgoing calls are charged at 25p per unit and recorded on the computer system in reception. The system does not allow operator, reverse call, credit card or charge card usage. Freephone numbers or numbers dialed on prepaid cards are not charged.

To make an external call

• Prefix the telephone number with a 9.

To make an internal call

• Reception                   0
• Restaurant                   455
• Rooms 1 – 9               Prefix room number with 40
• Rooms 10-46              Prefix room number with a 4

Telephone Charges

• 1 Unit equals 25p (Inclusive of VAT)
• 1 unit buys different periods of call time depending on call destinations and time of call.
