WIFI is available in the bedrooms and throughout the hotel, free of charge to guests. If you require a hard wired internet access please make reception aware on check in or immediately after so that they can arrange this. Modem leads are available with a returnable deposit of £5.00 from reception. For further advice regarding internet connection please dial 0 to speak to reception Our Wi-Fi is designed for you to be able to connect to a fast, secure and easy to use Wi-Fi Network.


How to connect?


Click on the icon or application you normally use for connecting to Wi-Fi.


There are 2 networks available for you to choose :


For Meeting rooms - BW_meetingroom

For Bedrooms and all public areas - BW_valleyhotel


Access your Wi-Fi application or settings on your device and select one of the networks above and type in the password “ironbridge”.  You will then be directed to the network log in page.

First time users will be asked to enter their email address and name and to accept terms and conditions.

A second option will also appear for you to opt in to receive marketing material from the hotel.


Is it secure?


The Valley Hotel wifi network is secured with WPA2/PSK encryption with client isolation to ensure your data is kept private.


What will my email be used for?


Your email will be used by the hotel to contact you with information only if you have opted in to join our email database. 

We’ll always treat your personal data with utmost care. We’ll use them to enable your stay at the hotel and, with your agreement, to Communicate with you. Your data may also be used for analysis purposes. We will only share your data with suppliers working on our behalf including Best Western.
