Alarm clock

You can use the TV in your room as an alarm clock. Press the “Alarm“ button on the remote control. Afterwards, choose “Alarm aktivieren“ (“turn on alarm“). Now you can enter the desired wake-up time. Press the “Alarm“ button again to confirm. If required, we will gladly wake you personally via phone. Please let us know your desired waking time beforehand.

Arrival / Departure

Our rooms are at your full disposal from 03:00 p.m. on your day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure. In order to do the Express Check-Out, either a credit card or an assumption of costs must be given to the reception staff before departure.


Our reception staff will be happy to describe you the way to the next ATM.

Bicycle station

For our guests we offer storage facilities and e-charging stations for bicycles for free. Charging is possible for both fixed and removable batteries (2 cables incl. plug, 2 power outlets à 230 V, 4 plugs for loose batteries). The keys for the lockable compartments can be obtained at reception, the maximum charging time is 2 hours. The use is at your own risk, no liability for any damage during charging of the batteries is assumed. For safety reasons the charging process is not permitted in guest rooms. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our reception staff.

Case of emergency

Please familiarise yourself with the location of the stairs, the emergency exits, the fire alarms, the fire extinguishers and the guest assembly point for emergencies. In the event of a fire, you will be alerted by the fire alarms. The reception acts as the meeting point, from which you will be directed to the guest assembly point. If you detect a fire, close the door. Alert reception to the fire immediately! Should your escape route be blocked by smoke, close the door and remain in the room. Attract people‘s attention from the window and wait for the fire brigade to arrive. Under no circumstances use the elevators!

Please dial "0-" before the desired number if you are calling from the telephone in your room. If you need to see a doctor, please ask our reception staff for the nearest doctor's office.


WiFi is inclusive in all public areas of the hotel and in the guest rooms. Please choose the network “mycloud” for WiFi connection and open a web browser afterwards. You will be automatically redirected to the log in page and will be requested to accept the terms and conditions.

Miscellaneous services

On request, we can provide you with an additional pillow, an additional blanket, sewing kit, iron and ironing board (on request), umbrellas, photocopying and scanning (for a charge), IT service (if you have any questions or problems with your internet access), secured luggage service, battery charger (for mobile phones etc.), international travel plugs and a shoe polish kit. Just contact our service team at reception, a deposit might be necessary. A shoe shine machine is available in the communal area, we also offer a laundry service (laundry bags and price list are available at reception).


The hotel offers parking spaces in the underground garage of the main station with direct access to the reception. You can reach the public underground car parking via the “Hohenzollernstraße”. Please ask the reception to validate your ticket, it will cost EUR 15,00 for 24 hours and entitles for multiple exits and entries during your stay.

Payment options

We accept cash (Euro), American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Maestro/EC-Karte, VISA and AirPlus.


Dogs are welcome at an extra charge. Please keep them on a leash at all times and outside the restaurant. If you are accompanied by an assistance animal (e. g. a guide dog), there is no extra charge.


The reception is available 24 hours a day. From your room telephone you can call the reception by dialling "-9" or by pressing the respective button.


Unfortunately, we do not boast an in-house restaurant for lunch or dinner. Our reception staff will be happy to give you recommendations about bars and restaurants nearby.

Room cleaning

From now on, if you are staying for several days, you can order room cleaning for the following day individually - free of charge, of course. If we do not receive a corresponding message by midnight, there will be no cleaning and together we will save detergents, water, energy and other resources. To place the order, please go to the menue and choose the category "room cleaning".


A safe can be found in the wardrobe in your room. If you have any questions, please contact our reception staff.


We are a non-smoking hotel. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, etc. is not permitted throughout the hotel. Any offences will result in you being charged for any costs (special cleaning and fire brigade operation, if necessary) incurred.


So that you can be sure that your personal efforts towards sustainability will continue when you travel, we take into account social as well as economic and ecological aspects of sustainable action in our daily work and went through a corresponding certification process.
