Our rooms are at your full disposal from 03:00 p.m. on your day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure. In order to do the Express Check-Out, either a credit card or an assumption of costs must be given to the reception staff before departure.
Our reception staff will be happy to describe you the way to the next ATM.
Please familiarise yourself with the location of the stairs, the emergency exits, the fire alarms, the fire extinguishers and the guest assembly point for emergencies. In the event of a fire, you will be alerted by the fire alarms. The reception acts as the meeting point, from which you will be directed to the guest assembly point. If you detect a fire, close the door. Alert reception to the fire immediately! Should your escape route be blocked by smoke, close the door and remain in the room. Attract people‘s attention from the window and wait for the fire brigade to arrive. Under no circumstances use the elevators!
On our parking lot you can find 4 public charging stations for charging your electric vehicle (without cable). For use, a QR code must be scanned and corresponding data has to be stored. A roaming contract can also be used (the conditions of the respective provider apply).
Use of such devices is strictly prohibited in the rooms and throughout the hotel.

If you make a call to an emergency service, please also inform the reception (see telephone register). If you need to see a doctor, please ask our reception staff for the nearest doctor's office.
From now on, if you are staying for several days, you can order room cleaning for the following day individually at the reception - free of charge, of course. If we do not receive a corresponding message by midnight, there will be no cleaning and together we will save detergents, water, energy and other resources. If you just want to change your towels, you will receive them at reception 24 hours a day.
WiFi is inclusive in all public areas of the hotel and in the guest rooms. Please choose the network “nestor” for WiFi connection and open a web browser afterwards. You will be automatically redirected to the log in page and will be requested to accept the terms and conditions.
Express laundry received at the reception before 09:00 a.m. will be returned the same day, except weekends. Please find prices and conditions on the laundry list at reception.
At the time of departure please let the reception staff know which items from the minibar you have consumed.
Rooms and equipment for up to 200 people are available for business and private events. For more information please contact our receptionist or visit our website.
On request, we can provide you a baby crib, allergy-free bedding, an additional blanket, an additional pillow, iron and ironing board, slippers, sewing kit and an additional bed. Furthermore there are international socket adapters and chargers/adapters (for various electrical devices such as mobile phones) available at reception, just contact our service team. A shoe shine machine is available near the public toilets.
The hotel offers parking spaces, please ask the reception to validate your ticket.The parking fee will be charged with EUR 14,00 per overnight stay and entitles for multiple exits and entries during your stay.
We accept cash (Euro), American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Maestro/EC-Karte, VISA and AirPlus.
Dogs are welcome at an extra charge. Please keep them on a leash at all times and outside the restaurant. If you are accompanied by an assistance animal (e. g. a guide dog), there is no extra charge.
The reception is available 24 hours a day. If required, we will provide you with the following services: a power plug adapter, mobile phone chargers (deposit where necessary), stamps, mailing, lost property, copy & print service (extra charge) and newspapers.
For safety reasons, we would ask you to always keep your key card separate from the room pass. Should you lose the key card, please contact reception immediately.
A safe can be found in the wardrobe in your room. If you have any questions, please contact our reception staff.
Selected and free Sky TV channels are available in your room.
We are a non-smoking hotel. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas etc. is not permitted throughout the hotel. Any offences will result in you being charged for any costs (special cleaning and fire brigade operation, if necessary) incurred. Please note that in case of non-observance, an elaborate cleaning process is necessary in our guest rooms and the room cannot be rented out immediately. In this case, you will be charged a fee of EUR 250.00.

Please dial “0-“ or “Amt“ for an outside line. All calls will be charged to your room bill automatically. To make a call to another room, simply dial the room number, these calls are free of charge. Please note that all 0800 numbers are barred.
Disposable razors, oral hygiene sets, feminine hygiene items, etc. are available free of charge at reception..
