The Hotel Bristol is following UK Government advice to ensure all guests have a safe time with us. Guests must inform the hotel immediately if they or any members of their party have symptoms of COVID-19. Rooms will NOT be serviced during your stay and will be fully sanitised after your departure. The Covid pandemic has been challenging for us all and we ask that guests are patient and understanding during their stay. As in normal times we will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards our staff.
Guests must pay any additional costs incurred due to them being unwell and having to extend their stay. The Hotel Management will endeavour to keep costs to a minimum if incoming guests need to be accommodated at another hotel.
A free parking permit will be automatically emailed, at midday on the day before arrival, to all guests who have booked directly with the Hotel or via Best Western.
