We are pleased to welcome you to the hotel and thank you for choosing to stay with us. We're now returning to a new normal, but as we all start to relax out of the restrictions we're not quite back to full normality just yet - please read through the following guidelines to help you during your stay.
Prior to your arrival your room has been cleaned to the highest degree with particular attention to all touch areas so you can rest assured of a clean, safe stay. Housekeeping will service your room on a daily basis unless you would prefer for them not to, in which case we can leave items outside your room for collection or you can collect from reception.
Although no longer a legal requirement, we would ask that guests continue to wear masks when moving around the hotel and in particular when queueing for breakfast.
FOOD AND DRINK
Breakfast | Breakfast is available in the restaurant - Please note that especially during peak times you will have to wait to be seated - we would encourage you to wear a mask when queuing. If you have booked room only rate breakfast will be charged to your room as taken. Once seated in the restaurant the staff will take your order for tea, coffee, toast and any speciality items - the rest of breakfast is served from the buffet - we would appreciate if you could wear a mask when approaching the buffet.
Brasserie & Bar | If you would like to drink or dine with us during your stay, please book a table with reception
Room Service | Room service is charged at £3.50 per tray - if you wish to order any food and drink to the rooms please contact reception. Please put your tray outside when you are finished for collection.
The spa is open from 7am-8pm daily, with last entrance 1hr before closing. Towels are provided in the spa. The spa is extremely busy for treatments but if you would like to enhance your stay and book a treatment please ask reception and they will advise any available times, or you can check availability and book on the link below.
CONTACT DURING YOUR STAY
You can contact us any time during your stay via WhatsApp – please add 07934715698 to your contacts – on our WhatsApp you can request any items you need bringing to your room, to include fresh towels or room service and drinks orders. Lifts can be used only with the people sharing a room – please use the stairs wherever possible and be mindful of those who need to use the lift for mobility reasons. Whist it is no longer a legal requirement, please adhere to social distancing wherever possible.
We are providing a full service of the bedrooms unless specifically requested, so if you would prefer for your room not to be serviced please advise reception. For your safety and that of our staff you cannot be in the room whilst it is serviced. If you need anything else such as fresh towels, please ask and it will be delivered to you.
Please use WhatsApp to order room service. If you are in the garden, one of the team will come to your table to take an order. Please do not go to either of the bars to order or return any glasses etc.
